Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For standard appointments, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • For bridal services, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested within the same timeframes as cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergency. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund.

Service Delivery

When providing our Services, we will:

  • Use professional-grade products and techniques appropriate for your skin type and preferences
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Provide the Services as described in your booking confirmation

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect the provision of our Services
  • Follow our pre-appointment preparation instructions, if provided
  • Provide a suitable environment for on-location services, including adequate lighting and space

Trial Sessions

For bridal makeup services, we recommend a trial session before your wedding day. Trial sessions:

  • Are not included in the standard bridal package unless explicitly stated
  • Must be paid for separately
  • Should be scheduled at least 3-6 weeks before your wedding date
  • Cannot be refunded once completed

Payment and Pricing

Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of our Services, we will notify you and give you the option of confirming your booking at the correct price or canceling your booking without charge.

Deposits

For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and large group bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final invoice.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. If your payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit paid.

Intellectual Property
